Our newest Pohutukawa design featuring a double bridge allowing access to both lofts without the use of a ladder. This design creates a large open social space in the main living area, while gaining additional storage. Although the space does not allow for our large fold out sofa bed on the ground floor, a fold out can be accommodated on the large second mezzanine creating sleeping for 4. Huge wardrobe storage can be achieved in this layout while still featuring the spacious bathroom and laundry area.
