Designing your dream tiny home is easier than you think.
Tiny House Builders makes the complete process of designing and building your dream tiny house stress free. We understand we’re designing your dream tiny home, for that reason we only use quality materials and superior attention to detail making them a delight to live in. During our quoting process we establish what’s important to you and how you live.
The Quoting Process
We’ll schedule a time in person or over the phone to go through our build specification sheet. During this process we will gather further information, assess any impact it may have on your design. We’ll then present you with your build quote.

Our team will explain the unique requirements for getting your project underway usually this will start with a Design Brief.

Sign the Contract
Once you confirm you’re happy with build proposal quote, you will sign the build agreement, pay your deposit (usually 30% of the build cost) which will secure your place in our build queue.

Choosing Colors & Finishes
This is a good time to make any final adjustments your
build plan, interior and exterior colour scheme.
