Sometimes life requires just a bit more space!

This new plan is based on our most popular Kowhai design, however we've removed the bedroom wall, opening the Tiny up, giving more space to the kitchen, dining, lounge area.

This larger space can also accommodate one of our custom fold out storage sofa beds or even a murphy bed (that hides away)... adding even more sleeping options!

Pair our Kowhai Studio with either a Tiny Pod or a 2-bed Pod for even more space! These can be either connected creating internal access (permanently if consented, or temporarily if not) or placed either side of a deck to create a connected (yet separate) space.

• Measurements: 3m W x 10.5m L x 3.3m H

• Studio bedroom (or connect to a pod or 2-bedroom pod)

• Full kitchen including; dish drawer, oven/microwave, hob, range hood, sink, fridge/freezer, overhead and under bench cupboards, drawers and pantry

• The rear of the house only has one window, specifically designed for privacy and to maximize front facing view, however can be customised to a large picture window
